Very smooth transition, they allowed me to negotiate how I wanted with no push back. When I came in they didn't play any games with the pricing and they valued my trade in at a very fair price. I didn’t feel pressured at all during any of the phases of this buying process, definitely the least stressful car buying process I have ever been apart of. Whenever my wife is ready for a new car I will more than likely try to nud her toward cox if I can. I talked to 5 different Mazda's in the tampa bay arena and they were BY far the best and easiest to talk to.
