I came into the Cox Mazda dealership with no expectations and was thoroughly wowed by my salesman Mike Kelley. He was not pushy he only showed me what I was looking for and found me the perfect vehicle for my price point. Since then I have returned just to visit and always treated with respect and so I can confidently say this is where you should start your next search for a great used or new vehicle and be sure to ask for Mike Kelley as he will definitely take good care of you.

I came into the Cox Mazda dealership on Cortez Road with no expectations and was thoroughly wowed by my salesman Mike Kelley. He was not pushy he listened to my needs and wants and found me the perfect vehicle for my price point. He then turned over to the capable finance department where everything went very smoothly and I even added an extended warranty so I could be worry free with my used vehicle. I can confidently say if you are looking for a new or used vehicle start your search at Cox Mazda and be sure you ask for Mike Kelley he won't "steer" you wrong! Pun intended!!!

Highly recommend Cox Mazda. Tim was the best! I was a first-time, single female car buyer and had already been to a couple sleazy Miami dealerships. When I found Cox Mazda on Autotrader, and they had the exact model and color Mazda that I wanted, though it was 4 hours away, on the other coast of Florida, I was desperate. In need of a car that weekend, and at the end of my rope frustrated with the sales schemes and shady tactics from the slimy salesmen/women in the Miami area, I gave them a call. In order to appreciate how good Cox is you need to know what I was dealing with in Miami. The Miami area car sales men and women didn't listen to me, they lied, and wouldn't provide me anything in writing or printed. Most of them didn't even have the cars that they had advertised on their own sites. Nor were their prices on the cars in the lot or printed warranties when you arrived. They were like, 'so, you saw it, you drove it, you want it?' At the end I was just telling them all to screw themselves because I was a serious buyer and they were treating like a child. They changed their tune as soon as I told them I was ready to go with Cox Mazda because I've got a printed quote for 20% less than what they were offering and had already put a deposit to buy the car next day. The Miami dealers began begging for me to come back, promising that they would give me a better deal, free oil changes, blah blah blah. But still nothing in writing, of course. Even when I was offered a measly $1k lower quote from a dealer 30 min away, I went forward with Cox Mazda anyway. Mostly because I didn't want to reward the Miami losers for being so sneaky and shady, but also partially because Cox Mazda provided a top level experience from our first phone call through til weeks after! Their customer service is one you would expect probably from a luxury import car dealership. I felt that they were organized, professional, honest, understanding, knew their car inventory and car specs inside and out. No games, no lies, no tricks, scams, bait and switch, just what you see is what you get, and 'let me tell you all about it.' It was worth the total 8 hour drive to purchase the car through them. The amount of communication and use of text, email, and phone was perfect. I put the deposit down the same day I spoke to them over-the-phone for the first time, and bought the car the next day, because I got such a good, unexpected feeling from their customer journey and touch points. I was right about the feeling because they sent me a thank you note a week after with chewy chocolate chip cookies. How sweet! Thank you Cox Mazda and Tim for being great at your profession and an exception to the industry's stereotype! Everyone buy a car from Cox! (Look at the cute bow they offered to take photos with! <3)

This review is of the service department.  I took my daughter's Mazda 3 to Pep Boys and they didn't/couldn't fix the issue, but Cox got me on their schedule very quickly.  I brought the car in early and the two lights on the dashboard (tire pressure monitoring system and scheduled maintenance) were dealt with quickly and at a fair cost.  Trevor did a really nice job of explaining a few fine points to me and even provided a Castrol mail-in coupon.  All in all, the work was done efficiently and the waiting area is more "wide open" than most.  The restroom was clean as well.  Overall a very nice job,  Cox Mazda!
