Battery kept dying so I brought my vehicle in to test it. I was given a quote for $4000 worth of random stuff on a fairly new car and the real issue was just a dead battery. When I asked to pick up the car I was told I could either pay $400 for a new battery or $270 for the diagnosis. Advanced auto will test you battery for free so why do I owe the place I bought my car from $270 for the same service? This is my 5th Mazda from Cox. I am happy with the service department and the sales staff. Isac was my salesman for the second time. He was very friendly and seemed to remember me. He explained about the cx-30 and the cx-5. I received a flyer regarding the cx-5 and decided togo with the cx-5 again. Moneywise made sense to me.

It is very pleasant to be met by greeters when I arrive. Chelsea, front desk is extremely nice and patient when explaining services recommended. The interior is very clean, attractive, and comfortable. Receiving videos of my Miata while it is being serviced is very helpful. One Recommendation: Wash/rinse the vehicle before delivering it to the owner following service. Other dealerships do it.

Shady and deceptive business practices.Buyer Beware.paid for car I purchased in full . Then discovered on my credit card they still charged me a deposit on top off the check I gave them for full payment. Took over a month to get my money back . They also charged me for a key that will not even work on the car . Said they would cover half of the repairs for a bad abs unit till it was time to pay . Go to a different Mazda dealer

MY CAR CAME IN FOR OVER HEATING AND SPENT 30 DAYS BEFORE TELLING ME IT WAS FIXED PICKED IT UP AND DIDNT MAKE IT 10 MILES AND OVER HEATED AGAIN. I ha a wonderful experience at Cox Mazda. My salesperson, Carolyn was very patient and understanding with me. We were in and out about 5 cars on a day the temperature were in the mid 90,s. She answered all of my questions. She helped me compare models to find the one that is best for me. She responded to all of my texts. When I picked up the ca, she helped me install the Mazda app and showed me how the electronics functioned. If you are nervous at all. Ask for Carolyn. She is the best!

They were not able to give the best deals however they were reasonable. I knew what I wanted however I told them I didn't want to play the price game and they were $1700 over what expected. They were going to match it however I already moved on because. i didn't want to play games. Out of the 4 dealers I went to that day they were great. Stephen was quick and super polite/respectful. I would business with them however one dealer right from the start gave me what I wanted that day.
