I purchased my Mazda from Cox in 2011 and have had all my service done there. I have to say that the Service Department is awesome. If ever a problem is encountered, they will do whatever it takes to make it right. They are very accommodating to the customer and attempt to incur as little inconvenience as possible. I have been extremely satisfied, not only with my Mazda, but also in my service-related dealings with Cox Mazda.

Just a few months after I bought my new 2018 Miata, I'd told Cox that if they had a particular color of Miata come in, I "might" be interested in trading just for fun. Salesperson Stephany Delgado remembered that from few months earlier and emailed me when they had one like that coming, even knowing that I was just "sorta maybe" thinking of trading. After driving our new CX5 for a bit over a month I figured it was time to check the air pressure on the tires. Surprised to say the least! Tires are supposed to have 35# of air. Ours ..........52#. The vehicle was prepped while we sat there and was done quickly. I should have gone home right away and checked them. But the tires today were cold today. The CX was last out at 11:00 pm and when I checked today. @ 2 pm they were 53#. Sorry no excuse why tires had come over inflated!
