It’s simple and easy. If your car, truck, or van is safe to drive, drop it off at our shop and tell us your insurance carrier and policy number. If undrivable, have it towed to us, or let us know and we can arrange for towing or transporting.
Call your insurance company to start your claim. We’ll go over your vehicle carefully, noting all needed repairs. An itemized list of parts needed and time estimate for the work will then be prepared. We’ll contact your insurer to verify your coverage and work with the adjuster assigned to get your claim approved on-the-spot when possible.
Just tell us (it is usually in your best interest to protect yourself by making a report). Often minor repairs may not even be covered due to your “deductible.” We’ll still make a thorough evaluation of your vehicle’s condition and an estimate of repair cost. Then you can decide.
