Where is the Tire Pressure Button on a Mazda?

October 15th, 2015 by

Buying a new car is exciting and fun, particularly if you’re buying one of the vehicles in the new Mazda lineup. Beyond sophisticated performance and outstanding fuel economy, one of the things you’ll find with these new Mazdas is a whole lot of flashy tech. While Mazda makes it as simple and easy to use as possible, sometimes it can leave us asking where some of the simplest things are located. One question we get regularly is where to find the tire pressure button on a new Mazda.

Where to Find the Tire Pressure Monitor

The tire pressure monitor is standard on all of the newest Mazda vehicles. You can easily find it on the panel to the left of your steering column and below the left driver air vent. It is a small button with an image of a tire with an exclamation point in the middle of it.

How it Works

The only time you’ll use the tire pressure monitor is when you’re putting air in the tires. When you do, hold it until it beeps. At that point, the car will go around and register the new tire pressure levels on all four tires and then log the new numbers into the vehicle’s system.
